Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 October 2026
Website use
These terms apply to use of bramquay.site. Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access or misuse its content. For questions, contact support@bramquay.site.
Enquiries and contracts
Submitting an enquiry does not create a service contract or payment obligation. Work proceeds only after a written proposal or agreement has been accepted. That agreement identifies the contracting parties and governs the project if its terms differ from this general website information.
Scope, fees and payments
Deliverables, revision rounds, payment milestones, currency, taxes, dependencies and indicative timelines are specified in the project agreement. Hosting, domains, subscriptions and third-party costs are separate unless included. Additional work requires agreement on scope and charges.
Client responsibilities
Provide accurate content, necessary access, timely feedback and permission to use supplied materials. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your business claims, product information and content. Delays in these inputs may affect delivery.
Review and delivery
Review stages, acceptance criteria and handover arrangements are agreed for each project. Any ongoing support, maintenance or warranty period must be stated in writing.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licences for deliverables are defined in the project agreement. Third-party assets and software retain their applicable licences. Website text and original graphics may not be reused without permission except as allowed by law.
Cancellation and refunds
See the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Accepted project terms govern completed work, committed costs and any refund. Nothing on this website removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Outcomes and liability
We do not promise particular rankings, traffic, sales or advertising approval. Website availability may be affected by hosting and third-party services. Liability provisions, if any, are defined in the accepted agreement and remain subject to applicable law.
Changes and concerns
Website terms may be updated prospectively. Changes do not automatically alter an existing accepted project agreement. Contact support@bramquay.site to raise a concern or discuss a resolution.
